Today’s ACIM Journal Entry: A Course in Miracles Day 18

I’ve only sat down 1.5 times with A Course in Miracles this week due to social and familial demands. This will be my first text + workbook dual session in a week.

Text: Chapter 3, II. Miracles as True Perception

As I read, my mind briefly wandered, wondering if I wanted to create something from or of the text, as I hope to reread it in its entirety someday. Then I brought my focus back and stayed present.

My crown chakra was sparked throughout the entire reading—until the very last portion, part 6, verses 1–7.

At this point, the energetics shifted into my outer throat and then into the upper region of my heart chakra. Once I noticed this, by the time I completed the reading, my energetic center had flowed into my sacral chakra.

I “get” the truth presented in today’s text. I understand it and, at times, can apply and embody it, though I also admit I’m not fully innocent or right-minded in my entirety.

It felt as if the purpose of this section was to bring the reader back to the realization of what is and isn’t—both in truth and in perception. Almost as if it was a milestone opportunity to assess where one stands in their journey.

Workbook: Lesson 18 – “I am not alone in experiencing the effect of my seeing.”

My sacral chakra seems to be the focal point here. While today’s lesson did stir some mental third-eye energy, it was minimal compared to previous lessons.

The statement that others sense things the same way feels like a natural extension of singular thinking, mind perceptions, and the lies or fears we experience—often originating from others or shaped by interactions with them.

I had another perspective on the communal aspect of this lesson, but I seem to have lost it.

It is bedtime. :)

With Love, Acacia
